The ONE Bank Reward Program is a comprehensive loyalty program designed to reward you for spending with your ONE Bank Credit Card. You will earn reward points on all your POS and online transactions.

What you do with your accumulated points is entirely up to you! Redeem them for a gift voucher from your favorite store, enjoy a complimentary stay at your dream resort with your loved one, shop online with free delivery, and much more.

Best of all, you are automatically enrolled in this loyalty program—completely free of charge!

Customers can earn reward points every time they spend money using our OBPLC VISA Credit Cards on POS and e-commerce transactions, both locally and internationally. They can also enjoy exclusive offers at selected merchant locations.

How to Earn Reward Point?

ONE Bank Credit Cardholders will earn Reward Points at the following ratio:

Way of Check Rewards Point Balance

  • Monthly credit card statement will show the earned, expired and available reward points.
  • Card Holders also can call our 24-hour Contact center at 16269 regarding any rewards related query.
  • The Card Holders can also check the ONE App to know about reward point’s availability if possible (depends on system readiness).

Redemption Reward Point

  • Card holder can place the reward points redemption request from register e-mail or through our branches and 24-hour Contact center in Bangladesh: 16269(From Mobile) or 096667 16269(From Mobile or BTCL).
  • Card holder will receive confirmation e-mail / Phone call from contact center within 15 working days of placing the reward Point redemption request.

Terms & Condition

  • Reward Points will be earned on personal & non-commercial transactions only. The bank may nullify earned reward points if transactions are found to be of commercial nature.
  • No reward points will be earned for the below mentioned transactions:
    • Smart Fund Transfer (Card to A/C Fund Transfer)
    • 0% Smart EMI
    • Cash Advance
    • Add Money (OK Wallet ,bKash, Rocket, Nagad etc.)
    •  Financial Institutions transaction – Merchandise and Services, Non-Financial Institutions, Foreign Currency/ Money Orders & Travelers Cheques etc.
    • Transaction at Service Stations, Automated Fuel Dispensers ,Fuel Dealers – Fuel Oil, Wood, Coal and Liquefied Petroleum
  • The bank reserves the right not to give reward points or nullify earned reward points for any particular transaction or for transactions done at any specific merchant point or merchant category.
  • If any transaction is reversed, accrued points from that transaction will also be reversed.
  • Only primary cardholder will be able to request for the redemption of reward Points.
  • Reward Points if not redeemed will get expired in 2 years (from point accumulation date).
  • Any unredeemed points will be nullified when a card is closed.
  • Any unredeemed points can be nullified or directed towards the payment of credit card bills when a card account is classified.

Who are eligible for Rewards Program?

Any Visa Credit Cardholder (Platinum/Gold/ Classic) of OBPLC  are eligible to participate in this program.

No, only Credit Cardholders of OBPLC are eligible to participate in this program.

OBPLC will mention the number of reward points accrued to the Primary Cardholder, in the monthly statement against the card (Primary Account). The Primary Cardholder can make query through the Call Center -16269.

Yes, Points accruing from transactions done through supplementary card will be automatically added to that primary account.

To provide 1 reward points on card usages by BDT 100 & 1 reward point for USD 1.00 ( *** Platinum and Above 2 points for USD 1.00.)

Card holder can redemption his/her available reward point to avail reward gift voucher.

The Card holder will get 2(Two) years substantial period from point accumulation date.

Yes, Cardholders cannot reverse the point after the voucher gets expired.

No, Cardholder will not be eligible for “Reward Points Redeem” facility if the card is in Block status or Dormant Status.

Yes, The minimum eligibility to enclose Cash reward points will be 4000 points. Each 4000 point cardholders will receive BDT-1000 TK.

POS, Mail Oder, phone Oder and E-Commerce transaction only eligible to earn reward Points.

Cardholders cannot reissue vouchers.
