Redemption Process

Redeeming your Reward Points is simple. Just follow these steps.

Request Redemption

Contact our Call Center at 16269 or 09666716269, visit your nearest branch, or send a request via email.

Verification

Our team will verify your available reward points and confirm your eligibility for redemption.

Get Your Code

Once approved, a unique redemption code is issued and shared with you through the designated channel.

Redeem at Merchant

Present or enter your redemption code at the selected merchant within the specified validity period. The value is adjusted per the applicable offer.

Eligible Transactions

Reward Points can be earned on eligible retail transactions made using ONE Bank Credit Cards.

Account in Good Standing

Cardholders must maintain an active credit card account in good standing to redeem Reward Points.

How to Request

Redemption requests may be submitted through the Call Center, branch, or designated communication channels.

Code Validity

Redemption codes are valid for a limited period and must be used before the expiry date.

Non-Transferable

Reward Points, redemption codes, and rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise specified by the Bank.

Bank’s Discretion

The Bank reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program. The Bank’s decision on accrual, redemption, and eligibility is final and binding.
